Who Are We?
Founded in 2016, Silberhorn Advisory Services was created by Michael Bucher, a former investment banker with over 28 years of global experience and cross-industry relationships. Following his retirement from banking, Michael quickly turned his focus to helping businesses grow — leveraging both strategic insight and a well-established international network.
He works with clients at both the board level and on the front lines of commercial development — advising leadership teams, supporting growth strategy, and opening doors to new markets and revenue opportunities.
Based in Gloucestershire, England, Silberhorn Advisory works with clients across the UK and internationally.
